Today, we provide thousands of hours of care each week to quiet a number of people of all ages and needs through our network of inter operational organisational links in various boroughs.

Explora Haven’s main office is based in Brent, London.

We are striving to be one of the leading service providers of domiciliary care in and across London, with our team of dedicated and highly skilled care workers who support people to live independently in their own homes by providing hours of support and care each week. We also operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Some people access our services following referrals by local authority social services department, GPs or hospital discharge teams. Our services are also commissioned directly by private individuals needing support and by family members on behalf of others and our aim is to support everyone we work with to enjoy independent living in their own homes for as long as possible.

Julia Mills, the Director and also Nominated Individual of organization graduate in Health and Social care in 1997 and have extensive work experience in Health care sector.She has worked as health care manager in highly reputable health care organizations across London.She is a general overseer of the organization and ensures that it is managed effectively by implementing appropriate policies, procedures and daily protocols.It is also her duty to provide support, training and supervision to the management team.As the figurehead, she liaises with company accountants’ and solicitors’ regarding all accounting and legal issues and participates in strategic planing and implementation of company decisions.

Ruby Suka-Mortey Office Manager

Ruby Suka-Mortey is the office manager and registered manager.She is very dedicated, caring and passionate about her job role.She has extensive knowledge and experience in  the health care sector with the academic qualifications she has acquired as well as practical training. In addition to her QFC Level 5 qualifications in  the sector, she’s achieved the ‘Train the trainers’ certificate, which enables her to train all new applicants to the organization, as well as our existing staff, in all the pre QFC level 2 modules required by The CQC.she is responsible for vetting and short listing new applicants to the organization and is also responsible for the welfare of our service users.

Alexander Dabu HR Manager

Alexander Dabu is the administrative and HR manager who also has a lifetime experience working with various PLC organizations in the Philippines as administrator. He has QFC level 2 qualifications in Health and Social Care and is qualified recently in QFC level 3 in management with Human Resources as option.He is responsible for all invoicing and payroll in the organization. He is also responsible for all care workers’  annual appraisals. He is very dedicated and passionate to his work.

Tyron Goodman Admin Officer

Tyron Goodman is also an admin officer job sharing with Alexander Dabu. He joined the organization as apprentice in 2012 and stayed on after  his placement. He read basic accounting and has also completed his QFC level 3 in Management with Human Resource as option. He is very dedicated and passionate to his job role and the care co-coordinating job role.

Ozy Rahman HR

Ozy Rahman joined the organisation in September 2014. He assists  Alexander Dabu and Tyron with their HR duties. He is currently studying basic accounting and  QFC level 3 in Business Management with Human Resource option. He is very dedicated and passionate about what he does in the organisation. He is very flexible and friendly and always available to help…

Tina Brown PR/Content Manager

Tina Brown is the Public Relations/Content Manager. Tina has made numerous contributions to the operational management of the previous companies she worked for which includes: Thames Water Utilities Ltd, CAPITA PLC, Prudential, Yell Adworks, SmartSource Water, Next Galaxy, A. Celebs, HP CDS and StoneWater.

Tina works closely with and reports to the Director on all matters relating to Social Media Management & Digital Communications, PR activities & event planning.
