Olu Martins

Hi I'm Olu Martins, Team Leader for Hub 3 and 4. I am responsible for organising the day-to-day running of the Hub by managing the carers and the people who use our service. my role involves carrying out risk assessments, regular reviews, spot check supervisions as well as standard staff supervisions. I am also in charge of producing detailed work schedules for care workers under my management area.

My role also consists of monitoring the service in the field through spot supervision, to ensure that it meets the quality assurance objectives of the organisation and to mitigate incidents and accidents identified within my Hub with the company's existing resources.
