More than 15 years Hi I'm Julia Mills, the Director as well as the Nominated Individual of Explora Haven. Graduated in Health and Social Care in 1997, I have extensive experience in the health care sector and have held various management positions in highly reputable care organisations across London.
As the general overseer of Explora Haven I ensure that the company is managed effectively by implementing appropriate policies, procedures and daily protocols. I also provide support, training and supervision to the management team. As the figurehead, I liaise with the company's accountants' and solicitors' regarding all accounting and legal matters, and participate in strategic planning and implementation of company decisions.
