Carol Magbanua

Hi I'm Carol Magbanua, the Registered Manager. Working alongside the Director, I am responsible for the day-to day running of the organisation. With a dedicated team, we ensure to promote a caring environment for service users, through high standards of professional practice which are conducive to the physical, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual needs of the service users. My role is to also ensure that each service user and staff receive care appropriate to their individual needs, and for implementing the requirements of the Heath and Social Care Act and the Care Quality Commission.
