Hi I'm Nanna Abena Ampofoa, Team Leader for Hub 1. I am responsible for organising the day-to-day running of the Hub by managing the carers and the people who use our service. my role involves carrying out risk assessments, regular reviews, spot check supervisions as well as standard staff supervisions. I am also in charge of producing detailed work schedules for care workers under my management area.
