Hi I'm Ruby Mortey, the Compliance Officer. I ensure that the organisation's processes and practices are in line with the CQC New Assessment Approach. I am also responsible for promoting a caring environment through high standards of professional practice. Part of my role is to assist the Registered Manager in implementing the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act 2008/2014 and ensuring that Explora Haven remains compliant.
